To become the UK's leading on line data backup and storage company serving small/medium sized business's.

We are a UK company and have been established since December 2003. Since our inception we have enjoyed steady growth through the provision of a competitively priced service backed by expert, efficient and, above all, a personal service.

Unlike many of our competitors we provide, as default, a fully managed service. We do not simply sign you up and let you get on with it in the "hope" that your data is safe. The managed service we provide involves a team of technicians reading every single backup report to ensure the previous night's backup is complete and has been successful. If we find errors in the reports we contact the customer directly and assist in rectifying the problem in time for the next scheduled backup. This high level of after care ensures that we have stored on our servers, at all times, the client's most complete and most recent data. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is unrivalled in the data backup business.

We have servers based in secure data centres in London and Maidenhead. The data is backed up to our Primary site in London and then we replicate the fully encrypted data to Maidenhead. This replication is ensuring that your data is secure in two locations well away from each other. Should there be a major disaster at our primary site we simply switch you across to our secondary data centre.

We are one of the few UK companies totally dedicated to looking after your data. We do not offer IT support, network installations or any of the other roles often associated with IT companies. We are specialists in providing on line data backup, storage and recovery.
