NO SETUP FEES, NO LICENCE FEES and NO ADDITIONAL MODULE FEES
We offer a full 30 day trial completely Free of charge and with no obligation whatsoever. The 30 day trial enables us to settle the account and establish how much data you have and then provide you with a quotation for your consideration. As we charge based on compressed data held on our servers you could actually end up paying less than you think as some files compress by as much as 75%. If you change your mind you are free to cancel the trial at any time and if this happens we simply remove your account and delete any data we have from our servers.
Managed Service
This is our standard service and is favoured by SME's that do not have in house IT experts on hand daily. We provide the highest levels of proactive support with this type of account. The managed service means that our technical team check every backup report daily and if we discover a problem or issue we contact the client to inform them. We do not charge extra for support or modules such as Exchange, SQL etc it is all inluded in the monthly fee. The cost is based on the data stored on our servers and we provide anything from a 1gb account up 3tb.
Optional unmanaged service
This option is suitable for companies that have an in house IT department and that would prefer to retain responsibility for reading the daily backup reports themselves. We still offer all security, replication to a second data centre and full technical support but only in response to you calling us with a problem rather than us being proactive.
Our unmanaged service costs less per gb than the managed, for obvious reasons, and is often used for critical data only whilst retaining the in house for non critical data.
The cost per gb falls the more data you have stored with us.
It is always difficult to provide an accurate costing as data compression varies considerably. If you have 50gb of data on your servers by the time it is compressed and encrypted it may well reduce down to a 20-25gb account. As your data storage requirement increases so the cost per gb reduces. A fully managed 1gb account (often as much as 2.5gb compressed) starts at £5.00 + vat per month payable quarterly. You are not locked into annual contracts and can cancel at any time with one months notice in writing.
Most people make the mistake of backing up everything online but if you already have an in house solution then simply select your business citical data to be sent encrypted and pasword protected to our servers. This then provides you with an affordable solution that is way more secure than an in house procedure.
The most accurate way to calculate the costs so that you do not get any nasty surprises, is for you to take advantage of our free, no obligation 30 day trial. The trial enables us to establish the exact amount of data we will be storing on our servers prior to any commitment. During the trial our technicians work with you to ensure that your important data is selected and that any other data that often accumulates on a server or workstation over a period of time can be de-selected so that it is not included.
We do not charge any additional fees for set up or software licences or for assisting with technical support or restores. If you suffer a major catastrophe and lose all your data and we consider it would be quicker to get your data back to you via a removable drive rather than the Internet this service is also included in the managed service fee. We do not take any credit card information at all so no personal records are held on file and payment is via bacs or cheque upon receipt of an invoice after the 30 day trial. You have nothing to lose yet gain peace of mind.
